Terms and Conditions

Our products have undergone all required tests and certification to enable us trade, as well all documented and registered on the EU Cosmetic Regulations Portal. Your safety is our priority and all ingredients used in our products have been listed for your convenience. Kindly check the list of ingredients before purchasing to ensure you do not react to any ingredients listed.

Disclaimer: If an allergy occurs, kindly discontinue using immediately. Allergy can be a function of many factors and not just our products solely. Products are not refunded based on allergy reasons.



How to Order


Browse through our catalog and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order.



Delivery schedule:

We try to process all orders, where possible, within 48 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 2-5 days for delivery within the UK. 7-10 days for Europe and 7-14 days Rest of World. Where SURFACE mail is selected the delivery time will be much longer 2-5 weeks for Europe 6-12 weeks Rest of World.



We accept payment via PayPal and WoldPay. These are safe online payment gateways that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card. 



We want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge.


Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland)

For UK mainland deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. The postage cost per item should be shown along side the item description at checkout, if it is not, please email us for a quote. Clients are required to ensure their delivery addresses are correct as any re-delivery based on in-correct addresses will be charged to the client 


Overseas & non-mainland UK:

We process and ship international as long as you can make a payment via our payment gateways. Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery addresses are correct as we will not be held liable for wrong addresses attached to any order.


Customers Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing correct details when placing orders. We can not be help liable for incorrect details sent in with an order and in the event that an order is returned by our Courier service, customer will be made to pay extra for re-delivery. In event that a refund is sort instead of re-delivery, we will only issue a refund when we have successfully received the parcel back from our courier service.
