Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship using Royal Mail and DHL for UK and International Destinations.

All orders are processed and dispatched between 48 – 72 hours after orders are received. Next day delivery orders received after 3pm daily will be dispatched on the  next working day. Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon will ship out on the next working day. Dispatch timing may be extended during sale periods due to volumes.

UK Orders

All UK orders are charged at a flat fee of 2.95GBP for standard shipping and 4. GBP for signed for delivery on orders up to 59.99. Orders above 60 pounds are shipped free. We ship using Royal mail delivery which delivers between 2-5 working days, but can take up to 15 working days depending on the season.

We also offer Next day delivery service charged at 7.50 GBP within the UK. Please note, next day delivery is effective from the day dispatched. Discretion can also be used by ourselves to implement standard delivery in cases where this delivery service can not be offered for some reason. In this case, the excess paid for this service will be refunded and and email sent to customer to this effect. 

 

EU Orders

All EU orders are shipped using Royal Mail for standard delivery or 8.50 GBP which takes 7-10 working days to deliver. The standard delivery has no tracking service hence no way of knowing where a parcel is at any given point in time. We will not be help liable if your order is missing, and you will need to fill out a claim form to get your money back. We also have DHL 2 days express services which varies in cost between countries, but generally starts from 12.50 GBP. This is a more reliable service and tracking is provided as well.

 

The Rest of the World

We ship to the rest part of the world using Royal Mail and DHL. America, Canada and Australia are prices start from 8.50 GBP for Royal Mail and 12.50 GBP for DHL 2 Days express service. Africa is priced at 34.99. For All other destinations, kindly contact us for a quote.

Please note, for UAE/DUBAI orders, kindly include P.O. Box addresses for Royal Mail delivery as this shipping option does not deliver to residences or offices. DHL is preferable for this destination as they deliver to everywhere in this region.

 

Returns:

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition, un-opened, in original packaging and in resell-able condition. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return.Upon return, items will be inspected to ensure they meet refund conditions. WE DO NOT ACCEPT USED OR OPENED ITEMS.

Kindly contact customer service via info@labellemakeup.co.uk about your intending returns before sending it out. This is to ensure you are clear on our terms and conditions for returns and ensure the process goes accordingly. Customer is responsible for postage cost on returns.

We do not refund postage costs. Items lost or damaged in the post that have been packed correctly are usually insured, we will fill out any necessary claims forms at the post office on your behalf and liaise with the correct Postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome on your behalf. In the event that this becomes necessary please be aware a refund will be made as soon as we have clearance from the Royal mail/Parcel force, this can take several weeks but we will endeavor to keep you informed of all developments as appropriate.
