How do I place an order?

Kindly select the item you desire to purchase and add it to the shopping cart. You will be prompted to proceed to the checkout where you can complete payment.

How can I make payment for my order?

We have two ways you can pay on our site; Paypal and Worldpay. They are both secured 3rd party payment processing solutions and you do not need to have an account with either to make a payment.

How will I know if my order was successfully placed?

You will receive a notification from either Paypal or Worldpay, as well as one from Labelle Makeup confirming your order.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed between 24-48hrs after payment is received.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

A notification will be sent indicating your order has been completed. This means the order has been dispatched. It will also contain tracking details for your order if you used a tracking service. If you registered as a customer, login to your accounts for updates.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

For UK orders, delivery time is between 2-5 working days. International parcels, on average between 7-15 working days depending on location and season. We advice international customers use the track-able postal options for their order to guarantee safe delivery. WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR PARCELS LOST USING STANDARD SHIPPING (WITH NO TRACKING)

I sent a pr related email and did not get a response, who do I contact?

We receive so many Collaboration requests daily. We go through all and screen for the best. If we did not respond to you, it’s most likely you were not successful after the screening process.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Where is your Business located, I would like to visit and get some products?

We are online only for now, but are working on retail locations as part of our expansion plans.

Are your products tested on Animals?

Our products are not tested on Animals and are therefore cruelty free.

Are your products Vegan?

Our products are not vegan, but we are working on expanding our product offerings to include Pure and Vegan products as well.

Have your products undergone any type of testing?

Yes, all our products have been tested and certified fit for retail in the EU. They have met all standards as well as undergone allergy tests. This is to ensure our customers safety. As much as this has been done, there are several extra sensitive customers or other factors which may cause a reaction. If you notice any reaction, kindly discontinue use. All ingredients have been listed on our website for your convenience.  Kindly check to ensure compatibility before purchase.
